Due to the nature of a build clean, we recommend sectioning your build clean into 3 phases, this allows time for dust to settle throughout your clean.

What Are The 3 Stages Of A Build Clean?

​  1. Initial Clean

 Removal of large items is the first and foremost step in this phase; items such as debris, rubbish, leftover materials and other items that cannot be vacuumed. General sweeping/ vacuuming will then follow. Removal of paint or stickers from doors, windows and other furniture, along with removing the top layer of dust will take place in this in this phase.

   2. Deep Clean 

Out of the three phases in the post-construction cleaning, this phase is considered to have the most work involved and requires multiple different cleaning products and equipment throughout this process . Rooms including bathrooms and kitchens are biggest focus during this phase. Sinks, toilets, windows, cabinets and glass are just some of the installed items that are being thoroughly cleaned on this phase.

  3.  Final Clean

Final or Touch-Up Cleaning is the last phase in this process. This phase takes places several days after the second phase, as dust and dirt is still settling; with this, our cleaning technicians  have time to pay more attention to the final clearing of dust. This phase is often only a short period of time and includes touching up fingerprints and other imperfections from the areas that were cleaned on the earlier phases. This stage also includes general vacuuming and mopping of all areas to remove the final layer of dust.
